Why The Free 31 Day Zenuary Toolkit?
We’re so pleased that you’ve joined us for Zenuary, it’s great to have you here. We believe that your wellbeing is crucial to you being at your best, feeling good about being you and optimising your performance.
Close your eyes, take a deep breath, let go of any stress. Wouldn’t it be great if you could access calm, cerate zen whenever you wanted to? Now you can. Each day we’ll be walking through the best from mindfulness, positive psychology, growth mindset and resilience. We’ll show you how to stay cool, focuses and calm – even when the going gets tough.
As you move through the toolkit you’ll be building your resilience muscles, learning practices to build relaxation into your routine so that you can access that zen any time you need to.
How does the Zenuary Toolkit Work?
On some days there’ll be a self care suggestion, on other days a video link for you to learn more or access our extensive free guides. There’ll also be some great quotes to be keep you motivated along the way along with mindfulness practices and resilience building tips.
Each day of Zenuary will take no more than 10 minutes. We’ve designed the toolkit so that it’s bitesize and easy for you to use.
