Why 12 Days of Christmas Resilience?

’Tis the season to be jolly it’s true, but Christmas without stress is a bit of a myth, even moreso this year. So we’ve created a series of #ResilienceHacks for twelvetide. Forget unrealistic expectations, “shoulds” & “musts” and set an intention to be kind to yourself & build your resilience instead.

These twelve days are an opportunity to press pause, build a resilience framework, focus on your wellbeing and gift yourself some much needed calm.
