Gill Thackray is a performance psychologist and founder of Koru Development. She has worked with high-performing teams across elite sport (UK Sport, the FA), global healthcare, the arts and Fortune 100 companies for over 20 years. Gill holds a PGCE and is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists and British Psychological Society.
Viv Dutton is a positive psychologist and one of the first practitioners and lecturers of positive psychology in the UK. She specialises in team performance, growth mindset and resilience, and has delivered programmes for Spotify, the Financial Times, the V&A, the NHS and the Wellcome Trust. Viv is a CIPD qualified trainer.
