Overcoming Imposter Syndrome Courses: Redefining Confidence, Capability and Self-Belief
Why our overcoming imposter syndrome course? Because even the most talented professionals sometimes question whether they truly deserve their success. That quiet voice of doubt — “I’m not good enough”, “I’ve just been lucky”, “Someone’s going to find out I don’t belong here” — is the hallmark of Imposter Syndrome.
Left unaddressed, it limits potential, reduces confidence, and prevents individuals and teams from stepping fully into opportunity.
This interactive, evidence-based overcoming imposter syndrome workshop helps people recognise Imposter patterns, reframe self-talk, and build sustainable confidence grounded in facts, values, and growth. At Koru we’ve been working with individuals to overcome imposter syndrome for over twenty years.
Course Aim: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
To equip participants with practical psychological tools to reframe self-doubt, recognise imposter triggers, and build genuine confidence aligned with their values and strengths.
Imposter Syndrome Workshop Overview
Using insights from cognitive behavioural psychology, growth mindset theory, and emotional agility research, participants will explore how self-perception shapes performance — and how to shift from fear of being found out to freedom to show up.
The session blends reflection, neuroscience, and interactive exercises that translate theory into practical daily strategies.
Each workshop is bespoke — designed to match your organisation’s culture, roles, and leadership challenges.
